Daniela Buchmayr is driven to turn early-stage technology into companies. As XISTA's Entrepreneurship & Innovation Lead, she brings over two decades of business development and corporate strategy, sharpened by founding Sarcura, a deep-tech venture applying silicon photonics to cell therapy manufacturing, raising €15M+ and growing to a team of 30. At XISTA, she aims to connect researchers, funders, and industry to build what's next in deep-tech.
